Equipping the Next Generation
Our youth-focused programs are designed to tackle unemployment, develop critical skills, and unlock the creative potential of young South Africans. Through leadership training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we prepare the next generation to lead change in their communities.
Elevate
Elevate is our wellness and personal development program, created to help young people rise above their circumstances and step into their full potential. Building on our belief that lasting change starts with the individual, Elevate equips participants with the mindset, resilience and practical life skills they need to thrive — in their studies, their work and their communities.
Through guided workshops, mentorship and holistic wellness support, Elevate walks alongside each young person on their journey from where they are to where they are called to be.
Schools Program
Our schools program brings mind-set transformation directly into the classroom. Working hand in hand with schools, we deliver leadership development, life skills and values-based training that reaches learners where they are — before circumstance has the final word.
By investing in learners early, we cultivate an unwavering compassion for people and re-direct their focus from SELF to the COMMUNITY — raising champions who will lead change within their schools, their communities and our nation.
Face Off Production
Face Off Production is our creative arts and media arm. We train young people in video production, photography, music, and creative arts — giving them a voice and a trade in the creative economy. Through this program, participants learn not just technical skills but also the power of storytelling to inspire change.
The Campus
Through the many years of operation we have discovered that in order to be effective in bringing about sustainable transformation in our communities and city we would need to establish a campus. The campus would allow us to implement the vision in its entirety ensuring we can make the change necessary in the community.
4Change XChange
In 2012 we established the year of your life program. A year-long program aimed at tackling unemployment and skills development of youth. The XChange program is a dynamic year of leadership training and development for post matriculates, assisting them in developing critical skills for the work place and providing them with valuable work experience.
Ethical & Moral
We believe that this pillar is the most fundamental part of any individual; it is in essence the foundation upon which every successful life is built.
Entrepreneurship
Eradicating systemic poverty is one of our primary goals. We believe every individual has the potential to contribute economically to society.
Leadership
The greatest resource deficit in 'Third World' countries is the need for authentic leadership to translate vision into reality.
Life Skills
The purpose of life skills is to give each individual the ability for positive and adaptive behaviour in everyday life.
Every program is built to be self-sustainable — creating transformation for generations to come.
