In 2012 we established the year of your life program. A year-long program aimed at tackling unemployment and skills development of youth. The XChange program is a dynamic year of leadership training and development for post matriculates, assisting them in developing critical skills for the work place and providing them with valuable work experience.

Ethical & Moral

We believe that this pillar is the most fundamental part of any individual; it is in essence the foundation upon which every successful life is built. All societal issues we face as a nation and even globally stem from some form of moral foundation.

Entrepreneurship

Eradicating systemic poverty is one of our primary goals for our nation. We believe that every individual has the potential to contribute economically to society but this requires an ability to sell themselves and their unique ideas.

Leadership

The greatest resource deficit in ‘Third World’ countries is the need for authentic leadership to translate vision into reality, to navigate one’s own journey and by doing so effectively gain followers and lead them to a higher level of living.

Life skills

The purpose of life skills is to give each individual the ability for a positive and adaptive behaviour. This will enable them to effectively deal with the demands and challenges that is presented in their everyday lives..
